Description
Yoga for Everyone is perfect for all yoga students focusing on the foundation of yoga poses and breath work. Discuss proper alignment, stretching and breathing.
Instructed by Artemisa Heizer, 500 hours Yoga Teacher training with 20 years experience, Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer.
Yoga for Everyone meets at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays at the Community Center.
