This activity has been cancelled.
Monday and Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 12:45pm.* Participant must have completed Level 1 and 2 first.* A skills test will be required.
Level 3: Swimming for Fitness - Adults will work on proper timing, technique and stroke refinement.
Recommended to have googles and swim cap.
Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No swimwear, no swim. No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber soled swim shoes are allowed.
