Description
Tuesday and Thursday lessons from 4:15pm - 5:00pm.Level 1: Adults will learn pool safety and three basic strokes (Front Crawl, Back Crawl and Elementary Backstroke).
Recommended to have googles and swim cap.
Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No swimwear, no swim. No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber soled swim shoes are allowed.
