Low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No Swimwear No Swim.No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber-soled swim shoes allowed.
Note: Class held every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Participants may attend both days.
July 8th - July 31st , Monday and Wednesdays, 6:00pm -7:00pm. This is a mini-session of 4 weeks.
