This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.
Low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No Swimwear No Swim.No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber-soled swim shoes allowed.
Sessions run September 4th - October 9th Saturdays at 9:00am - 10:00am
