Course Description: Kids 1st - 4th grade you will have a blast dancing and getting fit with Shine Dance fitness! Get ready to learn three dance routines that will leave you feeling joyful, energized, and confident! You’ll learn the value of teamwork while making new friendships and memories! Benefits Helps develop a healthy mindset and lifestyle by adding dance fitness as a natural part of children's lives. Classes incorporate child development elements including, team work, leadership, respect, creativity, coordination, confidence, and self-esteem, enhance cognitive skills develop social skills enhance rhythm and motor skills Instructor: Arlene Snyder Instructor Bio: Mrs. Snyder is a kindergarten teacher at PANN and is a Certified Shine Dance Fitness Instructor. She is grateful that she can help kids get healthy and fit through dance!
