The fun and exciting combination of dance choreography and fitness moves work the entire body, targeting major muscle groups and providing a beneficial cardio workout. The steps are easy to follow and incorporate elements of Latin dance, Swing, Hip Hop, Disco, Belly Dance, Folk Dance, and more. Come join the party!
