A chair is used throughout practice for seated poses and for balance in standing poses. Safe, mindful instruction guides students through exercises to maintain and regain mobility, build strength and flexibility. Variations for poses are offered to welcome all levels of ability, including beginners. The class also includes breath work to calm and destress.
