Agreements are like habits we have formed over the years; some good and some not so good. Here, we will uncover the habits that no longer serve us and cultivate new habits to enhance our daily life. Based on the book "The Four Agreements", by Don Miguel Ruiz. You will discover ways to bring more joy into your life by creating new agreements with yourself.
