Join us for some Self Discovery. We come from the Earth and hold the 4 elements – Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Each session will guide you through one of the elements to uncover how each one reacts within you. By clearing the mind and discovering ways we operate in the world helps us understand who we are and how we react to the world around us – then, we can decide how to act and react – rather than letting those things outside control us.Age Category
