Description
Are you looking for something new to do for your fitness routine? Come try our Aqua Board Fitness class. We will be doing core and strength work while balancing on a floating 3 foot by 7 foot surface. You must be prepared to get wet and have fun! Sign up for just one class, or all 4 at a discounted rate.
