Series of workshops for women who want to use art as a relaxation tool and help heal the body, mind, and spirit. We will create a safe and nurturing space for group participants to explore and express feelings and thoughts within themselves for the purpose of discovering and developing a more authentic sense of self and positive vision in life. Serie de talleres para mujeres que desean utilizar el arte como herramienta de relajación y ayudar a sanar el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu. Crearemos un espacio seguro y enriquecedor para que los participantes del grupo exploren y expresen sentimientos y pensamientos dentro de ellos mismos con el propósito de descubrir y desarrollar un sentido más auténtico de uno mismo y una visión positiva de la vida.
