VIDEO GAME DEVELOPMENT CLUB Organizer: Jun Zhuang and Yuling He Email: jun_zhuang@yahoo.com; yulinghe2001@yahoo.com Dates: Thursdays Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 8–12 Description: Students will be introduced to industry level techniques and tools for developing high quality, polished video games in a beginner friendly and fun way. By the end of the year, students will be able to independently design, develop, and complete several professional level projects in multiple styles and genres of video games. Club members will utilize various game engines and programming languages, including C++ in a collaborative environment. No experience in either is necessary, though basic programming knowledge would be beneficial. Club members must bring their own laptops (Windows/Mac).
