AI RESEARCH 4 HEALTHCARE Activity Organizer: Chandni Chadha Email: chandni.chadha@basisindependent.com Dates: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month (Last Meeting 3/14/25) Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 7–11 Description: Artificial Intelligence is any digital system that has “knowledge” comparable to that of a human being. AI has become a very popular field, and there have been AI applications from predicting the stock market to diagnosing people with diseases. Our club is for students who are interested in AI and its applications in the field of healthcare. As a part of the club, we will learn about different parts of AI, discuss its ethics, and talk about different applications in the healthcare field, from robotic surgery to drug development, cancer screenings, and so much more. In a more hands on approach, we will do group research projects on AI with Healthcare, involving analyzing medical datasets and predicting diagnoses with AI .
