This walking program is designed to enhance health through walking exercises and social camaraderie for older adults that enjoy being a part of a weekly walking group. On any weekday morning, these group members will walk a path around the park, and tally how many laps they walk each day. We'll document their progress on a chart, and discuss the groups progress every 2nd Friday of each month during a Blazing Turtles banquet.
Please bring lots of water!
