Interested in healthy food, fun and daily life? Our Healthy Living Series is back to offer tips on how to stay healthy. Drawing on the nutrition education of our own resident, Jordan Frink, we will be putting together an education series on ways to live healthier. Session topics will vary month to month and can include food demos, fitness practices and household habits. Tired of the same old boring lunches? Join us for a workshop where we'll learn to create healthy, nutritious and fulfilling lunches for both kids and adults! Well enjoy a taste test of a simple and delicious southwest chicken salad, great for meal prep! Event is free, registration is required. Join us August 10th at 10:00AM in the La Villita Lounge.
