The 6-Week Endurance Challenge

If you struggle through most runs or never feel energized in the latter miles of a long run, you need to boost your endurance. Even if you're already feeling great, who doesn't want to be able to run faster for longer? The 6-Week Endurance Challenge will improve your ability to run longer. You'll get faster, boost mileage and even improve your finishing kick at the end of a race—endurance training has a lot of benefits.
