About this event
Interns are required to set up classrooms, attend to the armory, assist instructors with special equipment, work with students directly in uneven classes, and generally respond to any needs of the coordinators. Interns will not be asked to instruct nor should they offer instruction of any kind when working directly with students. Requirements: Lettef of Intent, SAFD Actor Combatant, or similar credentials, letter of recommendation from SAFD CT, FD, or FM, and a strong work ethic. Shortly after completing your application, you should receive two confirmation emails: one from Active Network that will help us locate your application if you have further questions about it AND one from Winter Wonderland that will include links to your supplemental forms. Your application cannot be processed until ALL forms are received. To apply for an Intern position, you will need to upload your headshot, your letter of intent, your letter of recommendation, and your credentials (i.e. all of your current proficiency certificates combined into one document) before your application can be finalized. The confirmation email you receive from Winter Wonderland will have a subject line that reads "Your application for Winter Wonderland Workshop 2025 has been received!" and will include links for you to upload your headshot, your letter of intent, your letter of recommendation, and your credentials (i.e. all of your current proficiency certificates combined into one document). If you do not receive a confirmation email that include links to supplemental forms, please check your junk mail, your spam folder, and your "All Mail" folder (if you use gmail) to access your supplemental forms.
