Description
Re-energize and revitalize all muscle groups with a sequence of flowing poses. You will burn calories, build stamina, energy, flexibility, and strengthen and improve overall health. Enjoy what brings you joy in daily living. Requires yoga mat, yoga strap, and a towel. Yoga blockas are optional.
There are 2 cancelled classes for this class session. Make-up classes will be up to the instructor's discretion.Closed dates for the Garvey Community Center are: Saturday, October 12, Saturday, November 2, Monday, November 11, and Saturday, November 16.
