Description
Heart-healthy, low impact aerobics, the focus in this class is strength and flexibility. We will also work on tummy toning, using weights, and the exercise band. You have the option of using a chair or standing.
There are no cancelled classes for this class session.Closed dates for the Garvey Community Center are: Saturday, October 12, Saturday, November 2, Monday, November 11, and Saturday, November 16.
