Baby it’s cold outside. Let’s stay warm as we take a mid-hike break to brew a fresh cup.
During this 4 week hiking series, each Tuesday throughout February, we’ll brew up fresh ground trailside coffee and learn about a different blend each week. The Whole Bean Coffeehouse in Rocky Mount is providing us with quality Red Rooster beans to discuss source, origin, characteristics and notes. All hikes include a free cup of coffee or tea (tea drinkers are welcome too). Thank you, Whole Bean Coffeehouse!Registration fee: $30.00. Registration deadline February 2nd.Shuttle provided only for Lovely Valley and SML hikes. Meet at the Essig Recreation Center by 9:15am. Grassy Hill hike meet at Essig Recreation Center 10:00.
