- How to properly strength train with free weights to avoid injury
- When to incorporate cardio training as part of your program
- Why women need to train different than men
- What to eat before & after you train to ensure your efforts make a difference
As a daughter of a female health coach and granddaughter of a human rights activist, Anna’s passion for exercise science and helping people started early. Throughout her life her athletic journey has evolved, but strength has been a mainstay. Suffering from low hormones, amenorrhea, hypothyroidism, h-pylori, and SIBO, she’s faced her own share of health struggles. Nutrition, mindset, building movement, and recovery serve as pillars of her health approach. Anna’s goal is to help as many women as possible through the hormonal journey that is adolescent, premenstrual, perimenopause, and eventually menopause.
Anna graduated with a BA from the University of Washington, completed her Nutrition Consultant program with Bauman College and is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
