Description
Fitness is a splash with this water fitness class that builds cardiovascular fitness and strength. This class focuses on cardio-conditioning and body toning in an easy to follow-along format. Beginners to athletes are able to participate in this class and adjust their intensity level based on the instructor’s expert instruction.
