Learn from candy-making pro, Irene Preston! Retired Owner of Local Artisinal Confectionery
Learn from a PRO in this entertaining and informative hands-on cooking class! Learn to make your favorite candies using tools and equipment found in home kitchens. We will introduce candy recipes, techniques and why they work. Chocolate, marshmallows, caramels, truffles and more!
This class features Intro to Marshmallows and Caramels at Low and High Temperatures. MM Ghosts, Choc Skulls, Dulce de Leche, Caramel Marshmallow Kisses, Caramel Nut Clusters, Chocolate Caramels.
