Join us for our new Yoga For Everybody class!
Angela is an experienced hatha yoga teacher and especially enjoys teaching yoga to beginners and helping students to deepen their practice. In this one-hour class, Angela will expertly guide you through centering and breathing practice, warm-ups to prepare the body for the postures and movements in the class and end with a guided relaxation. The emphasis will be on connecting breath and body movements with experiential cues to help students cultivate an inner experience that is safe and supported. All experience levels and students are welcome. Angela is certified to teach prenatal/postnatal yoga and has worked with all experience levels of students. All are welcome!
Location: Joe R. Gonzales Community Center (111. W Lugonia Ave)
Fee: $55 for 5 classes (Dates : November 6th, 13th, 20th, December 4th, 11th)
Drop-in : $15 per class
