Here is a wonderful opportunity to experience Reiki. A simple stretching unwind your body and mind then meditation to calm your thoughts. After that Reiki will align your energy. This will be wonderful time of self-care. Aligning your mind, body and spirit at the beginning of the week will have a positive impact on your week.
