Description
Karate builds a positive self-image, teaches sportsmanship and self-defense, as well as aids in better fitness and concentration.
Classes are available for ages 6 - Adult.
Classes will be held Wednesday evenings for six (6) weeks from 6 PM - 7 PM September 4 - October 9, 2024, at Prince George Parks & Recreation Community Center (11100 Old Stage Rd., Prince George, VA 23875).
Registration is available from September 4, 2024 at noon (or until filled). The fee is $60 per person and is limited to (25) participants.
Sensei Lisa Dean will be leading Karate sessions.
