Welcome to the ADVANCED aerial yoga and mindfulness for students must be pre-approved for this class and ready for an extra challenge. Need to relax? Our spa session is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. Hit the refresh button this fall – engage in fun play-based spa activities, while learning about self-care. Classes will also include aerial yoga, a healthy spa-inspired snack, spa water, art, and games. New poses! New Sequences and more FUN! We will explore more brain-based movement & mindful skills for life with an emphasis on creativity and sequencing in aerial yoga.
