Dive into a world of movement, rhythm and creativity as participants embark on an exciting exploration. This unique class uses The Dance Map, a dynamic visual tool that transforms learning into an interactive adventure! Guided by the map, participants journey through various dance styles, unlocking new realms of expression with each step. Through engaging games, exercises, and imaginative activities, develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while being exposed to a diverse array of dance styles through each class.Classes are designed to be progressive.
