"Come run with us this fall with our Cross Country program! We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience necessary! Grades 1st to 5th graders Dates: 09/24 - 10/31 Tuesdays & Thursday Times: 5:30 - 6:30 Goal setting, warm up, drills, age appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun games, core stability, stretches and more! Team Tshirt included with registration! (First come, first serve) Optional meet (on Thursdays) hosted by Foot Traffic Scholarships & financial aid available - Please email Howard@Runner2Runner.com"
