About this event
Come run with us this fall with our Cross Country program! We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience necessary! Grades 1st to 5th graders Dates: 09/30 - 10/30 (5 week session) Times: 4:00 - 5:00 @ Chapman Elementary Goal setting, warm up, drills, age appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun games, core stability, stretches and more! Team Tshirt included with registration! (First come, first serve) Optional meet (on Thursdays) hosted by Foot Traffic Scholarships & financial aid available - Please email Howard@Runner2Runner.com
