This program is for our already comfortable swimmer's who are looking at improving endurance and stroke technique with fitness and technique drills. Swimmers should be confident swimming multiple lengths in one or more of the 3 core strokes: front crawl, back crawl and/or breast stroke.Activity Secondary Category
