This competition is sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society. Event rules will be in accordance with the 2022 Edition of the ILS Competition Rule Book, The 2019 Edition of the Canadian Competition Manual, the 2020 Edition of the Ontario Competition Manual and any 2023 Communiques.
Competitors must hold a current Bronze Medallion or higher and be a registered athlete.
Age categories are: 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over
Events will be: Thursday (Main Beach Port Elgin) - Oceanman and Oceanwoman Friday (Main Beach Port Elgin) - Surf Ski Race, Board Race, Surf Race, Board Rescue, Rescue Tube Rescue Saturday (Southampton) - Beach Run, Beach Flags, Beach Sprints, Beach Relay
