Combining yoga poses, breath work, and an understand of physical therapy techniques, this unique blend of movements and poses will increase flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength.
Students are to wear comfortable clothes, stretchy attire and bring water and yoga mat (not a thick, exercise mat).
