Description
Special Strong Kickboxing is designed to assist those with disabilities through individualized and personalized strength training through kickboxing and social coaching. If anyone is unable to follow instructions must bring your own shadow person.
We believe in adaptive fitness so there is no hard requirement as such. But someone absolutely not able to follow instructions will need to bring their shadow person.
