This intermediate boxing class is a much faster pace and focuses more on the fitness aspect of boxing. Class will consist of power drills, agility, speed, and cardio strength. This class has a bootcamp style of training. Meaning each member will have different activities throughout the class. While others are working on footwork, some may have to power through an agility test. This is high energy class so be ready for intense training! This is not a beginner’s class.
