Description
Join us for one of our three Shape Up for the Holidays class series this December. Take your fitness experience to the next level with this full-body cardio step class that will have you moving and grooving. This is an energizing workout that uses height-adjustable steps and simple movements on, over, and around the step. Those holiday calories will have nothing on you.
