Description
The impact of grief and loss during holidays can sometimes be very confusing... we want to enjoy the parties, songs, laughter, dinners, and other celebrations; and yet we also want to decline all the festivities because our hearts are experiencing too much pain. This conversation will be an encouragement to acknowledge the loss and feelings of grief, while finding ways to experience the holiday season, even when we do not want to face it.
