Description
Bombay Jam incorporates cardio and toning into one action packed 55 minute total body workout. Music is a blend of Bollywood Top 40 tracks blended with one-of-a-kind DJ mixes. This easy-to-follow choreography helps burn calories, build strength, tone muscles, and enhance flexibility.
