Description
Come for a discussion with an elder law attorney about protection against incapacity with advance care planning. Some directives are between patients and healthcare providers while others need to be prepared in advance. Each type of directive document is reviewed in this class including how it is used, why it matters to you personally and what to consider to be fully informed and prepared in advance.
