Ages 18+
This Pilates class is good for all body types and fitness levels. Pilates stretches and strengthens the body. This mat class focuses on the core and builds strength, flexibility and balance for the whole body.
Program Fee: $35Non-Residents: $49 beginning Sept. 2

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
