Yoga All Levels 9:00am to 9:55amWednesday: Gentle Flow YogaA great class for beginning and experienced students! Bring your own mat and move through yoga postures building flexibility, strength, balance, and more benefits followed by a relaxation exercise to start each day in a calming way.
