Description
This program, brought to you by the City of Phoenix, is intended to educate new/expecting mothers and support a safe and healthy living space for both mother and child. There are 3 required courses all participants must attend to receive all baby supplies. Topics will be Breastfeeding, Labor and Delivery and Car seat safety. After participants attended the required courses, they will be gifted a new car seat, child safety kit, children board books, children bath supplies, postnatal supplies, and more, FREE OF COST!
This program is for expecting mothers in their second/third trimester or new mothers that have a child under the age of 6 months. Classes will be held in person at Cesar Chavez Community Center. All in person class dates below:December 5th 12pm - 2pm - Topic: Breastfeeding EducationDecember 10th 10am - 12pm - Topic: Labor and DeliveryDecember 13th 1pm -3pm - Topic: Car Seat Safety **This class requires you to have a vehicle to practice installation of new car seat**
*Participants must attend all 3 classes to receive supplies at the end of the last class. Once you have registered, you will receive an email from Jasmine Ortiz with more details regarding all classes. If participant dos does not respond to the email within 2 days of receiving email, you will be dropped from the program.

Presenter: There will be a variety of presenters. South Phoenix Healthy Start, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Arizona Breastfeeding Medicine and Wellness.
