Have you ever wanted to be a reporter? To keep people informed on the important happenings in your community? Led by TPS’ High School Placement Coordinator, Miriam, this after school club will cover important publications that inform other students, teachers, and parents about school happenings and news. Students will explore the ins and outs of print journalism, while learning about storyboarding and interviewing. This unique platform for student voice allows expression of their opinions and ideas. New to TPS this year, Miriam has very close connections with the school, including her husband who is an alumni student. Miriam supports our soon to be graduates through the high school application process and is excited to offer a club for middle school students after school. (Please note: There is no session on March 26.)
