Description
Weave ancient wisdom of Yoga therapy and Ayurveda. You will begin with pranayama (breath work) and four directions of the spine & a gentle transitional flow into self massage.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and a blanket.
Class is in the Banquet Room at the Peachland Recreation Centre.
