Description
Join us for a Simple Stretch! This relaxing mat stretch class will increase flexibility, strengthen your core, improve range of motion, lower stress levels and tension and improve over all health and well being. This class has numerous benefits and is very complimentary to enhance your overall fitness performance in other sports and activities such as pickleball, walking, hiking and more. Participants will also learn how earn how to properly warm up and cool down muscles and joints. Bring a towel, water bottle and proper runners or socks. No session on October 14.
Bring a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable loose clothing and indoor shoes.
First time students - Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a PAR-Q form and speak with the instructor.
Class is at the Community Centre Banquet Room.
