Invest in your future and live a longer life to the fullest. Training for Longevity sessions focus on specific training adaptations to improve the activities that fit your lifestyle. Imagine: enjoying your favorite hobbies and activities, conquering everyday tasks with newfound energy and investing in your long-term health and well-being.
This tailored training is unique to your own needs and goals. We address postural alignment to proactively correct imbalances and strengthen weaknesses to prevent future disabilities, injuries, and declining physical health. We equip you with strength and endurance to tackle daily challenges, agility and balance for confident movement, and coordination and power to unlock your physical potential.
Science-backed, adaptable programs ensure you maximize progress while staying engaged. In Training for Longevity, we don't just exercise, we unlock a vibrant, active life, no matter your age.
Level of Instruction: All skill levels welcome
Skills/Fundamentals Learned: We target key longevity-boosting fitness components through diverse training modalities including, but not limited to:
- muscular strength
- muscular endurance
- postural correction
- speed, agility, and power
- coordination
- balance
- grip strength
Class Expectations:
- Regular fitness assessments to track your progress.
