Description
This class will safely guide you through exercises on the Pilates Reformer. Movement principles include breath and core activation, pelvic stability, shoulder stabilization, strengthening the muscles around the hips and spinal mobilization. You'll then integrate these movement principles into a series of Reformer and Tower exercises and perform them with precision and control.Pre-Requisite: Participants must have completed three private or semi-private Pilates Reformer lessons or receive supervisor approval.
Level of Instruction: Beginner to Advanced
