Attorney at Law, Daniel Chapman, will provide information and resources essential to helping families protect their legacy. This seminar will answer important questions related to living trusts: why it is important to homeowners, the difference between a living trust and a will, how to avoid probate and minimize estate taxes, presented in a clear and easy to understand way.
