Description
This presentation is designed to educate and empower individuals in their mid 30s through 80+ years old on how to improve their health span and age powerfully. Let's debunk the myth that disease, frailty, and disability are inevitable as we age. We will discuss scientifically backed nutritional, physical activity, and lifestyle interventions that positively impact health and aging. It's never too late to make changes that can improve muscle, metabolic, and overall health!
Level of Instruction: All levels welcome
Program Objectives:
- Develop strategies to promote healthy lifestyle changes with nutrition, physical activity, and everyday life decisions
- Understand psychological and physiological methods to promote longevity for your body
- Develop a self-plan to boost metabolic, muscular, and overall health
Instructor Biography: Tina Lonneman has been a nurse practitioner for 23 years, specializing in Women's Health, Family Medicine, Endocrinology and Bariatric/Obesity Medicine. Tina's passion is to provide a connection from experience in medical/clinical background to outreach for the community through education, coaching and support systems for each individuals own health journey!
